More than anything else, I want you to adore your new lingerie, so I am happy to accept returns and exchanges if certain conditions are met.

Each product page includes detailed measurements for your fitting convenience. If you have any fitting concerns, please contact me for assistance in selecting your proper size. If notified within 1 week of delivery, I will process a return for certain unworn items with an approved Return Authorization number. If you would like to return your items, please contact me to obtain an RA.

Please understand that due to the intimate nature of Evgenia garments, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on bottoms of any kind (Thongs, Tap Shorts, Knickers). If your item arrives damaged, please notify me within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement. 

While most pieces are available to ship right away, there are a few styles and sizes that are exclusively made-to-order. Expected maximum ship timeline is always noted in the product description, usually between 2 and 3 weeks. If you need your made-to-order pieces sooner rather than later, please reach out to inquire about expediting your order.

If you fall outside the size chart measurements, not to worry! Custom work is a big part of my business and I'm happy to accommodate clients of any proportions. If you have specific concerns, please feel free to contact me in advance of purchase. 

International buyers, please be aware that you and you alone are responsible for any customs, taxes and/or duty fees that are incurred by purchasing items from the Evgenia shop. I am not DDP (delivered duty paid) so you will be responsible for duties and taxes at the time of your order delivery. It is not uncommon for taxes and duties to be quite high and it is impossible for me to anticipate what they will look like for you, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

California buyers are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.

In stock items typically ship out within 2 business days. Shipping is calculated based on weight and shipping distance. During checkout you'll have the chance to select carrier and delivery speed.

Your new Evgenia lingerie has been designed to be strong and long-lasting. That said, certain elements are also delicate and to be treated with care. Be mindful of necklaces and jewelry that could snag the lacework.

With regards to laundering, dry cleaning is always recommended to maintain the lustre of the fabric and integrity of the lace, but careful hand washing is also possible. Please note that corsets of any kind are not launderable.

People ask me frequently if they can work, intern, or apprentice with me. I am a one-woman show and plan to remain so for the forseeable future, but I appreciate your interest.
