The Starlet collection’s signature starry black French lace flutters with a flyaway structured skirt trimmed with cotton bobbinet ruffles and a primrose yellow bow and rosette at each side. An elastic waistband makes for an easy and comfortable fit, while the keyhole and silk crepe de chine tie add an exquisite finishing touch.
